Gerald C. Mohr

Mr. Mohr is a Co-founder and Principal of Mohr-Rurik Capital Group. Gerald Mohr is one of the pioneers of mortgage banking in the Central San Joaquin Valley. Together with the Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company in 1984 and then with Union Bank in 1990 he was instrumental in introducing institutional investors to commercial investments within the Central Valley Region. Throughout Mr. Mohr’s 23-year career in the commercial real estate and investment management business he supervised Union Bank of California’s Central Valley Mortgage Banking Group, completed several billion dollars in deals and developed lasting relationships with individual investors, institutional groups and development companies that have attributed to the growth in the Central Valley Region.

Mr. Mohr attended the University of San Francisco where he obtained a bachelor in business administration. He holds a California Real Estate Brokers License and Top Individual Loan Producer and is an affiliate of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He is active in the community and enjoys playing golf with his wife and daughter as frequently as possible.
