A. Matthew Renney

Mr. Renney is an associate of the Mohr-Rurik Capital Group. Mr. Renney has a commercial banking background and a strong knowledge of construction lending. Mr. Renney is involved in the production and origination of new real estate transactions and works closely with several central valley developers providing them the tools they need to finance office, retail, industrial and multi-family projects. Mr. Renney has begun to develop many relationships across the Central San Joaquin Valley and Bay Area prompting an expansion of the Capital Group name.

Mr. Renney attended The University of Texas at Austin and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He majored in Real Estate Finance and minored in Marketing. Mr. Renney will be completing his California Real Estate Brokers License in 2007. Mr. Renney is very active in the triathlete community of Fresno and is a passionate Texas Longhorn Alumnus.
