Ms. Lembo is an associate broker of the Mohr-Rurik Capital Group. Ms. Lembo has been with the Capital Group for 10 years and is the lead servicing manager for all life insurance companies and CMBS lenders. Ms. Lembo’s direct contact and relationships with life insurance companies and borrowers ensures a fluid chain for monitoring loans. Ms. Lembo also specializes in high end single family residential transactions for the most discerning borrowers that prefer confidentiality.

Ms. Lembo attended California State University Fresno and graduated in 1997 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Business Law. Ms. Lembo is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Ms. Lembo is an avid Yankee fan and her husband (Rick) worked as an Athletic Trainer in the San Francisco Giants Organization for several years and presently works for a local orthopaedic group as a P.T.A / A.T.C.
